Lathalam stood at the map in the center of the camp, tired eyes retracing the path Solas' fingers had taken through the mountain pass.
"Herald."
She looked up, smiling as Cassandra approached her with two mugs, their contents steaming in the chill air.
"Ah," Lathalam

Cullen grunted as he got to his feet, brushing snow from his knees as he handed the hammer back to one of the workers. His shoulders slumped with exhaustion as he surveyed their progress. Many of the workers had labored through the night to erect a small city of tents o

Never had anything gone so wrong so fast in Lathalam's life.
One moment, she was sharing a mug of ale, flushed in the cheeks and high off of victory and accolades showered on her by her companions. The next moment, they were fighting for their lives against horrors bey

Shepard took a deep breath as she stepped off of the shuttle, six guards in Alliance armor forming around her. She squinted as the early afternoon sun hit her and for a moment everything seemed washed out. Shepard had only visited Earth a few times in her life, mostly during her N7 training in Buenos Ares. London felt different; wetter, colder, older. Shepard allowed herself one rueful chuff. It took her only a moment to adjust

"What's the matter, boss?"
Lathalam sighed, taking her eyes from the window to The Iron Bull, a massive Qunari sitting across from her at one of the tables in the tavern. "Just a little worried, is all."
She felt comfortable confessing this since most of the people no

"Focus your power. Think of it as a river flowing through you and you are able to divert it and limit it as you wish."
Lathalam rubbed her face with her hands, yawning wide.
Solas tilted his head at his unexpected student. "You possess great power, yet you pull back t

War Never Changes, Chapter 2
Lisa groaned in annoyance as bright light streamed in the window. She turned over, tucking her head under the blanket. Somewhere, the radio was blasting the morning news and as she peeked her head out from the covers, she could swear she smelled bacon cooking.
Lisa leaped from bed, not bothering to change out of her pajamas as she raced out of her room, taking the stairs two at a time, breathless as she entered the kitchen. Her mother, her back to her, was cooking pancakes and bacon on the stove as the radio blared next to her. Davie, bib around his neck, was busy trudging a pair of metal toy soldiers through maple syrup. The sun was bright
Quick update of the Kepral's Syndrome Section. Many many thanks to ~BeanieBat (https://www.deviantart.com/beaniebat) (whom I've silently nicknamed Doctor Beaniebat :P ) for the support and medical advice and explainations and just generally putting up with my stupid questions while trying to understand the medical basis for these diseases.
Next update will be ASAP, but I've forsaken too many of my Carer's responsibilities of late trying to get this thing done and it's not fair to expect my mother to put up with that, when I'm supposed to be looking after her.
Again, constructive critical feedback will be appreciated. Un-beta's for now.

Hey guys, we're voting now, check out my front page for the latest poll.
I'm a regular reader of Escher Girls, so when I read the latest post this morning, I was deeply concerned. The following post was submitted to Eschergirls and was not made by me. The artist is Selkiesiun
I DID NOT DRAW THIS PICTURE. !ParanormaSiun (https://www.deviantart.com/paranormasiun) DID. THIS IS A QUOTE OF HER EXPERIENCES.
I AM ONLY RELAYING THE INFORMATION.
Selkiesiun submitted to Eschergirls:
"This is not so much a critique post as it is a conformation of how absurd the standards of art in the comic book industry have become.
I traveled to San Diego
I know I haven't updated in a long time... It's taken me over two years to get over the death of my father. I am not all the way there yet, but I've come along way since the end of 2015. :)
